I am Gordon Glessner, a personal coach who uses multiple tools including blending NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) with Life Coaching strategies. My goal is to help you craft a roadmap to what you value most and tap into your resources, both around you and within you.
These strategies effectively enable clients to surmount a personal loss--including relationship loss--overcome challenges, reset unhelpful mindsets, achieve their ambitions, or experience some deeper personal change.
I focus on helping people like you find answers they seek, reach personal goals, and become who they want to be. Clients often find it rewarding to experience the good things they gain overflow into the lives of others.

The Solution Tap
Many assume that making meaningful change requires some unlikely miracle or a lifetime of painful struggle. Often change can come more easily and with significantly less pain or struggle.
I use strategies that speed and deepen changes. These can tap and accentuate useful awarenesses, untapped abilities, and performance states needed to support you in making meaningful changes.
The strategies include strategic questioning, Neurolinguistic Programming, and facilitating productively thoughtful states.

Many assume making meaningful change requires some unlikely miracle or a lifetime of painful struggle. Often, we can change more easily and with significantly less pain or struggle given the right tools.
I use strategies that speed and deepen changes. These can tap and accentuate useful awarenesses, untapped abilities, and performance states needed to support you in building the future you want.
The strategies include:
-
Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP): A set of strategies to speed personal change by identifying and tailoring your internal map of reality to one that is more realistic and more helpful,
-
Thought provoking questioning: A skill central to good coaching, mentoring, leadership, and relationship building, and
-
Facilitating thoughtful reflecting: Which taps into your deeper self and makes planning and problem solving more productive.

My job as your coach is to guide and support you as you a personalized, satisfying map for enjoying the outcome(s) you want. This includes helping you:
-
Define or clarify what you most want,
-
Reduce or resolve stress, fears, and anxieties,
-
Resolve internal conflicts,
-
Access and enhance motivating and empowering emotional states (e.g., Resolve, Calmness, Contentment, Patience, etc.),
-
Identify doable steps to your goal(s),
-
Build resilience.
-
Step out and take meaningful risks,
-
Live a more balanced life.

These changes do much to resolve indicators of being stuck that often include:
Achievable goals repeatedly escaping your grasp.
Feeling stuck in dead-end circumstances.
Repeatedly doing things that don’t work.
Finding it hard to decide what you really want [e.g. career, job, lifestyle, relationships].
Thinking in ways that work against you.
Not knowing how or where to start.
Reluctance to take required risks.
Priorities become confused or confusing.
Habitually waiting for people or circumstances to change before you act or change.
Negativity ripples into valued relationships and other aspects of your life.
Feeling stressed or discouraged.
We all get stuck in some area of our lives from time to time. This is a normal part of learning and problem solving.
When it becomes ongoing, it can become a bewildering burden both to us and to those around us. At those times, the prudent among us seek support and find a better way.
